Great view and cozy rooms with beautiful decorations. the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful which made me feel welcome. the hotel is conveniently located near a lot of shopping centers and there are several attractions nearby that can be easily accessed.

The hotel was very noisy at all hours of the day which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the lack of cleanliness was also a problem, as there were dirty dishes left in the hallway and the bathroom was not properly cleaned.

We had an absolutely luxurious experience at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the Spa & wellness centre was a standout, offering the best full body massages we've ever had and a peaceful spa lounge for relaxation.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the entertainment facilities. While the leisure/TV room was comfortable, the karaoke area could've been improved.

We had a fantastic stay on the cruise ship. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the facilities were top-rated. Transportation was not an issue, with easy parking and shuttle service to the boat, which was located on the bay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the trip a memorable experience.

The Easter holidays were a great time to visit this bay, with amazing weather and stunning views. The food offered was delicious, especially the seafood that was always fresh and perfectly cooked. One of the best parts of the trip was the opportunity to go kayaking and explore the quieter areas of the bay, away from the crowds of tourists. Additionally, the fact that all activities were included in the package made it easy to plan and enjoy the whole experience.

The lack of English proficiency by some members of staff, which made communication difficult at times. Another issue was the noise in the cabins when the ship was moving, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, while the excursions were enjoyable, the overcrowding of other visitors on the same spots was disturbing.

The location of the hotel in the bay area offered breathtaking views. the rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and had comfortable beds. the bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. the service provided by the staff was excellent, especially the local guide who made the trip enjoyable. the meals served were delicious, and the menu had a good selection. the boat trip to Cat Ba Island was a highlight, where we learned about Vietnam's culture and history, and had one of our best lunches.

The hotel's communication with customers needs improvement.

The cruise was exceptional with awesome crew, spacious rooms and stunning environment. Special mention to Jenny and Phong for making our stay even better with their entertainment and knowledge. Highly recommended!
